I help stakeholders and teams to make informed decisions and drive projects forward.
I collaborate with PM, engineering, and other stakeholders to define business objectives, customer outcomes, and ensure the technical feasibility of the design. I create detailed design specs and wireframes and work with devs to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
I collaborate with customers, product, business, and engineering leaders to create a UX Vision and translate it into a prioritized roadmap that is aligned to the company objectives
I define research objectives, prepare interview materials, conduct interviews, analyze findings and share insights, and collaborate with Sales and CS to prioritize customer requests and find research participants
I prefer not to reinvent the wheel, but sometimes existing patterns are just not enough...
