I collaborate with PM, engineering, and other stakeholders to define business objectives, customer outcomes, and ensure the technical feasibility of the design. I create detailed design specs and wireframes and work with devs to ensure pixel-perfect implementation

DESIGN STRATEGY

I work with stakeholders, executives, customers, and engineers to create and refine a UX Vision and translate it into an actionable roadmap aligned with the company objectives

RESEARCH

I define research objectives, prepare  interview materials, conduct interviews, analyze findings and share insights, and collaborate with Sales and CS to prioritize customer requests and find research participants

INNOVATION

I prefer not to reinvent the wheel, but sometimes existing patterns are just not enough...
