Share videos securely with specific people and groups
Panopto sharing functionality is very complex because it gives customers a choice between inheriting sharing permissions from the parent folder, or specifying custom permission for every object in the system. It was essential to create a UX that makes it easier for customer to navigate this complexity and understand their options
My Role:
Worked with CSA's, customers and stakeholders to identify issues in current design
Created multiple options to address issues and reviewed them with customers and stakeholders
Identified missing UX patterns and added them to our design library
