I started by owning the UX for all the features, designing my own features and overseeing work of two designers. As time progressed, my role expanded to the UX Roadmap for the org.

Video Library Redesign
Panopto
Panopto is a video platform that provides organizations with tools for creating and managing video. UX has not been updated in years, resulting in dated look and feel which was causing steady stream of customer complaints. The objective of the redesign was to modernize the platform and resolve some of the usability issues.
Webcasting
